Participating in the "Put The Fun In Fundraiser" program is easy, fun, rewarding and 100% of funds raised go to the charity of your choice.

 

To get started just follow these 3 steps.

 

Step 1 select one of the charities from below

Step 2 register to be a fundraiser by clicking register. Fill out the registration form.

Step 3 start collecting pledges with the online tools or the printable pledge form.

Fundraising Incentives

Raise funds over $200 and you will receive a custom T-shirt from your selected charity 

Raise funds over $400 and you will receive a Mega bounce inflatable couch. 

Raise funds over $800 and you will be entered into a draw to win a $500 gift cards to Best Buy

Raise funds over$1,500 and you will be entered into a draw to win a $1,000  trip gift voucher to be used however you choose.

Raise over $3,500 and you will be entered into a draw to win a   luxury trip for two to Maui.  Trip valued at $4,500.

Prizes are cumulative.

For example, if you raise $1,000 you will be eligible to receive Custome T-shirt, inflatable couch and be entered into the draw for one of the two Best Buy gift cards. The top fundraiser would be eligible for all prises groups but would also receive the trip to Hawaii.

FAQ

DO I NEED TO BE A PARTICIPANT IN THE MEGA BOUNCE RUN TO BE A PART OF THE FUNDRAISING INCENTIVES PROGRAM?


No. You do not need to be registered in any of the events to be a part of the program. You will need to be registered with one of the charities that are taking part in the "Put The Fun In Fundraising" program. You can register by clicking on one of the charities above.




WHAT PERCENTAGE OF DONATIONS GOES TO THE CHARITIES?


100% of your fundraising goes to the Charity you are helping.




CAN I COLLECT PLEDGES ONLINE AND IN PERSON?


Yes. Register for the "Put The Fun In Fundraising" program online and create your own page to collect pledges. The website is secure and best of all, your donors can write a personal message of encouragement and support. For each charity you can download a printable pledge form. You can find this form for each charity by clicking on the charities tab found on the Mega Bounce Run website. Then select your charity and click the printable pledges button. ADDING CASH/CHEQUE COLLECTIONS TO YOUR ONLINE TOTAL - Log into your personal page and choose "Edit page". Enter your total cash/cheque collections to the OFFLINE box. You will have to enter your total collection to add new donations tab - this box does not add or subtract amounts.




CAN I ISSUE A CHALLENGE TO A FRIEND?


Absolutely! It's fun and motivating to challenge your friends. If you are registered online, you can put this challenge in your message.




CAN I REGISTER AS A TEAM (FRIENDS, CLUBS, CO-WORKERS, FAMILY)?


No. The "Put The Fun In Fundraiser" program and incentives program is for individuals. You can enter one person and still fundraise as a group if you choose but only one name will be registered as the fundraiser. ALSO we do have a team or group fundraising platform that are separate from the "Put The Fun In Fundraiser" program. Please contact us for more information.




CAN VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?


Yes. We love our volunteers and couldn't run the event without them. Volunteers can participate in the event and can be a part of the fundrasing program. DO I HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN AGE?


No. There are no age restrictions to be a fundraiser.




SHOULD I COME TO THE EVENT IF I AM JUST FUNDRAISING AND NOT RUNNING IN THE EVENT?


Absolutely! Bring your pledges and enjoy the event atmospere. If you have raised over $200 you will be given your t-shirt at the event as well. Plus representatives from the charity love to interact with their supporters.




WHY COLLECT PLEDGES AND FUNDRAISE?


Online and offline peer-to-peer fundraising has been proven to be one of the most effective means of fundraising. Fundraising helps keep the event ticket price lower - meaning, that we choose not to include a mandatory donation with the ticket price. Instead, we allow participants to raise money for their chosen charity on the side. We love to help charities use our events and our resources as a platform to engage the public with little to no financial risk. Collecting pledges is one of the best ways to support your charity as 100% of the funds raised goes to the charity.




ARE TAX RECIPTS PROVIDED?


All pledges over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt from the charities.




HOW ARE 'WINNERS' DETERMINED?


Prizes are cumulative, for example, if you raise $1,000 you will be given a custom t-shirt and an inflatable couch. You would also be entered into the draw for one of the two Best Buy cards. Custom t-shirt: To be eligible to receive your custom t-shirt you must raise over $200 by the date of the event you are attending. T-shirts will be given out on event day by the charity you have supported. The charity is not responsible to mail or make arrangements to deliver the t-shirt if the recipient is unable to make it to the event. Inflatable Couch: To be eligible to receive your Inflatable Couch you must raise over $400 by the date of the event you are attending. Inflatable Couches will be given out on event day by the charity you have supported. The charity is not responsible to mail or make arrangements to deliver Inflatable Couch if the recipient is unable to make it to the event to receive the Inflatable Couch. $500 Best Buy Gift Card: We will be giving out two $500 gift cards. To be eligible to be entered into the draw to win one of the gift cards you must raise over $800 by 23:59 Aug 4th, 2018. All pledges from online and or from the printable pledes sheet must be submitted by Aug 4th, 2018. The draw will happen live on the Mega Bounce Run Facebook page at 7:00 pm on Aug 8th, 2018. Each eligible person will receive a number, a number will then be randomly generated by an online random number generater to find the winner. $1,500 Trip Gift Voucher: To be eligible to be entered into the draw you must raise over $1,500 by 23:59 on Aug 4th, 2018. All pledges from online and or from the printable pledges sheet must be submitted by Aug 4th, 2018. The draw will happen live on the Mega Bounce Run Facebook page at 7:00pm on Aug 8th, 2018.
